The divisions

Five businesses, one molecule.

Each division runs its own labs and production lines, but every one of them starts from the same core chemistry platform.

38% of group output

Polyurethanes & Foams

Flexible and rigid foam systems, elastomeric skins, and structural polyurethane for furniture, automotive interiors, and insulation.

6 formulation labs

Performance Coatings

Waterborne and UV-cure resin systems for architectural, industrial, and automotive-refinish coatings.

220+ active grades

Specialty Elastomers

Thermoplastic and cast elastomers engineered for abrasion resistance, low-temperature flex, and oil resistance.

Aerospace-qualified

Advanced Composites

Epoxy and bismaleimide resin systems for structural composite parts, qualified to aerospace and rail standards.

1,900+ specialty molecules

Fine & Intermediate Chemicals

Catalysts, amine intermediates, and specialty building-block molecules supplied in kilogram to multi-tonne volumes.

Solutions

One chemistry, a thousand end markets.

How it's made

From monomer to material in four steps.

Sustainability

Chemistry has a responsibility to the world it touches.

By 2032 we are cutting Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% against our 2019 baseline, and every new production line is designed for closed-loop water recovery from day one. This is not a pledge for a report — it is an engineering constraint on every project we approve.

What customers say

Judged on the part, not the pitch.

Full batch traceability on the composite resin was non-negotiable for our qualification audit. Solvex had the paperwork before we asked.
Quality Director, Tier-1 automotive supplier
The elastomer team debugged a midsole cracking failure our own lab couldn't isolate. That's not a supplier relationship, that's an engineering partner.
Director of Materials, footwear brand
Solvex requalified our foam grade in six weeks after a supply shock — most vendors quoted four months.
VP Manufacturing, furniture OEM
